Review Of Revised Develo_rment Agreement For Northfork Planned Ur~t Mr. Goodrich stated that the main change in the develoi~ent agreement is that the 'Easterly Extension of Street' clause has been changed to allow the developers more flexibility irwhich street(s) they choose to extend, contingent upon City approval and the required securities be in the form of a bond, letter of credit or mortgage. Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilma~ber Cox to approve the development agreement for Northfork Planned Unit Development as presented to City Council on August 27, 1985. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Gouncilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and $chlueter. Voting No.. None. F. Request For Division Of Un_platted Lot: Case Of Howard Towle: Mr. Towle was present. Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. Motion by (buncilme~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to grant a variance to the density requirements from 1 unit/10 acres to 1 unit/5 acres for Mr. Howard Towle.
