~rocess To Be Used In Interviewina For City_ Administrator <br /> <br />Councilme~ber Cox inquired as to which publications contained Ramsey's ad for a <br />City Administrator and did the ad exclude the private sector frc~ applying. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that the City did receive an application frc~ a <br />~erson in the private sector. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Councilmember Cox to request that the <br />Personnel (k~mittee establish a schedule for interviewing applicants with no <br />interview being scheduled for earlier than 5:30 p.m. and: 1) Provide each <br />councilmember with a copy of the City's ad for a city administrator; 2) Provide <br />each councilmember with copies of all applicant resumes; 3) Provide each <br />councilmember with a copy of the interview schedule. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Council~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
