Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann authorizing <br />City Engineer to prepare bid specs for wood lighting poles furnished and installed <br />versus concrete poles furnished by the City and installed by a contractor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Coun cilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: 1986 City Budget: <br /> <br />Chief Finance Officer Noel Graczyk was present and reviewed~with Council the <br />1986 proposed City BUdget.... <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk noted that the tax levy must be adopted at Council's meeting of <br />October 22; if it is not adopted, it Will automatically be assessed at last <br />year's levy. <br /> <br />Case #5: City Administrator/Clerk ~Position: <br /> <br />Council noted receiving that portion of the City Charter which sets the <br />requirements for the position of City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Coune±lmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn <br />the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
