Wes Bulen Regarding Reimbgrsewe~t Of Drainage Costs For Barthe] Ruw River Acres Plat: Mr. Raatikka stated that elevations were taken on the two howes in Barthel Rum River Acres plat having drainage problems; the basewent floors are approximately 3.4 '-4' above the water level now in those ponds next to Barthel. The pipe installed by Mr. Bulen is approxiwately 21" below the pond; developer states that he can lower the ponds another 1/2' which would help alleviate the drainage probl~s sowewhat but it still would not bring those homes into cowpliance with WPC40 or City Ordinance which requires a 3' differential between water t~ble and drain fields. Mr. Raatikka stated that he reco~ends the City approving Mr. Bulens request for reimbursement of drainage construction costs in return for providing easements. Motion by Councilme~ber Reimannand seconded by Council~ber Cox directing City Attorney to prepare an appropriate resolution reiwbursing Mr. Bulen for drainage costs in return for providing easements and to suk~it that resolution to Council for review and approval.
