Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-10-218 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A QUIT <br />CLAIM DEED TO JACK NEWCOME <br />WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance #14-11 <br />authorizing the sale of property legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the <br />Quit Claim Deed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
