CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/14/2014 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 10. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-10-218 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute a Deed to Jack Newcomb <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to adopt Resolution #14-10-218 authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a <br />previously approved deed to Mr. Jack Newcomb. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />On August 26, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance #14-11 authorizing the sale of City -Owned property to <br />correct a typographical error in a legal description from the 1990s.
