Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-10-216 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT <br />FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007, BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY AND DIAMOND TEAM PROPERTIES, LLC AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN THE CERTIFICATE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey entered into a contract for private development with <br />Diamond Team Properties, LLC, dated November 13, 2007, for property located at 14350 <br />Azurite Street NW and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the obligations contained within the agreement have been completed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the Certificate. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the l4th day of October, 2014. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
