FORM OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />The undersigned hereby certifies that DIAMOND TEAM PROPERTIES, LCC, a Minnesota <br />Limited Liability company, has fully and completely complied with its obligations under Article <br />III of that document entitled "Contract for Private Development", dated November 13, 2007 <br />between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota and DIAMOND TEAM PROPERTIES, LLC, a <br />Minnesota Limited Liability Company, recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder as <br />Document Number 493598.003, with respect to construction of the Minimum Improvements on <br />the real estate which is legally described as follows: <br />LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK FOURTH ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />(the "Development Property") in accordance with the Construction Plans, and is released and <br />forever discharged from its obligation under the above referenced Article III. <br />In addition, that a Lien Agreement between DIAMOND TEAM PROPERTIES, LLC, a <br />Minnesota Limited Liability Company and the City of Ramsey dated November 13, 2007, and <br />recorded in the office of the Anoka County recorder as Document Number 493598.003 is hereby <br />terminated and the lien against the Property created thereby released and discharged. <br />Dated: <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: <br />Its Mayor <br />By: <br />Its City Administrator <br />On this day of , 2014, before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared <br />Sarah Strommen and Kurtis G.
