Information Title Adopt Resolution #14-10-216 Approving the Certificate of Completion of Contract for Private Development, Dated November 13, 2007, Between the City of Ramsey and Diamond Team Properties, LLC and Authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to Sign the Certificate Purpose/Background: Purpose: To receive authorization for the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the Form of Certificate of Completion of a contract for private development with Diamond Team Properties, LLC for property known as 14350 Azurite Street NW. Background: The City of Ramsey entered into a contract for private development with Diamond Team Properties, on November 13, 2007. The property is located at 14350 Azurite Street NW and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. All obligations contained within the agreement have been completed. In order to record the Form of Certificate of Completion, Council must approve the Certificate as well as authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign same. The Form of Certificate of Completion as well as the resolution authorizing the signatures is attached for Council consideration. Recommendation: Staff recommends Council adopt Resolution #14-10-216.
