New Development Financing <br />The City, upon the request of the Developer, will determine <br />whether to finance the development project internally or issue <br />improvement bonds to fund the project. The City can sell two <br />temporary bond issues each year for a period of three (3) years <br />after which time permanent bonds will be sold with four (4) years <br />remaining on the ten (10) year assessment if the developer hasn't <br />paid off all of the assessments. <br />-18- <br />
