Mr. Goodrich stated that land rather than cash was accepted as <br />escrow in Northfork, Alpaca and Barthels. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers COx, Reimann and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />~ Adoption Of Ordinanee.#85-13 Reoarding ~cesso_ry_ Structures: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to dispense <br />with the reading of Ordinance #85-13. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember COx to adopt <br />Ordinance #85-13 amending Section 170.014B of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code <br />regarding size restrictions of accessory structures and repealing Ramsey <br />Ordinance #79-4. It is hereby directed that Ordinance 985-13 be published in <br />the Anoka County Union and that Ordinance #85-13 shall take effect 30 days <br />after publication pursuant to Section 3.09 of the City Charter.
