Councilmember Cox stated that he brought it to the <br />attention of County Commissioner Haas and she has taken the necessary steps to <br />have that penalty fee lowered. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox referred to Item #13, a letter from Mr. Elmer Anderson <br />regarding the deterioration of Bowers Drive. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has inspected Bowers Drive and it is not <br />showing any abnormal deterioration. <br /> <br />Council directed Mr. Raatikka to answer Mr. Elmer Anderson's concerns by <br />letter. <br /> <br />March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 14 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
