Voting No: None. <br /> <br />E) Request For CDBG Funds For Economic Develo_~nent Brochure - <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt <br />Resolution #85-69 authorizing an application be made to Anoka County for <br />Community Develot~ent Block Grant funds to be used for the production of an <br />economic development brochure. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #85-69). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated that he recalled the City <br />obtaining CfBG funds 4 years ago to be used for the production of a brochure. <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that funds were designated to be used for a brochure but <br />those funds r~ain in reserve at the County level until such time as the City <br />makes application for those funds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Mr. Rick Foster replied that the <br />density and pervious surface issues have not as yet been resolved, but <br />platting is progressing in order that Food 'n' Fuel can obtain a certificate <br />of occupancy; Lot 2 will not be developed until the density and pervious <br />surface itens are resolved with DNR. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
