Mayor Heitman - Replied that it would be beneficial to obtain both signatures <br />f rc~ each home. <br /> <br />Sheila zelazny - Created a scenario of the neighborhood petition being a 50/50 <br />split and the one home left that could break the tie happened to be in <br />bankruptcy proceedings. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich - Replied that he would have to assume that in such a case, that <br />parcel would have to be considered ineligible for the petitioning process. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn this public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
