PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to address the unfinished business items from the April 9, 1985 regular Council meeting. Members Present: Mayor Gary Heitman Councilmember Gary Reimann Councilmember A1 Sorteberg Councilmember Jean Schlueter Councilmember Arnie COx Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg City Attorney William Goodrich Reporter Angela Flint CALL TO ORDER Mayor Heitman called the special Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Terry Lamont - 15421 Nowthen Blvd. - Stated that his area was blacktopped in 1984 and his wife checked the assessment roles at City Hall and two families were not included in those roles. Council directed City Staff to recheck the appropriate assessment roles and place this issue on the next Council agenda. COUNCIL BUSINESS The follc~ingcases were carried over from the April 9, 1985 Council meeting agenda. Case #8: Items Not Finished FromM arch 26, 1985 Council Agenda: D. Placement Of Anne Norris. Urban Economic Development Planner, On ~ermanent Employment Status: Councilm~mber Reimann stated that this case was not to have been on this special agenda; a motion was made on April 10 to send the case back to the Personnel Committee. The Personnel Committee met once and will be meeting again next week; the Personnel Committee has no recommendation regarding this case at this time.
