Resolution #85-85 accepting the bids for a promotional brochure and awarding <br />the contract to Advertising and Promotion Services according to their base bid <br />sutmitted, with no additional charges for photographs. License Fees For Bowling Alleys - <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Cox noted that Superbowl pays over $30,000 in property taxes and <br />must also p~y a base license fee for bowling plus an additional charge for each <br />bowling lane. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Cox and seoonded by Councilmember Sorteberg to direct <br />City Staff to prepare an amendment ordinance to delete the bowling license fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, <br />COx and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Heitman. <br /> <br />2. Rum River Water Management Organization - <br /> <br />Council was provided copies of the latest version of the Rum River Water <br />Management Oganization Joint Powers Agre~nent <br /> <br />General Council consensus was that the administrative costs were too high. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber COx and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to table <br />further discussion of the Rum River Water Management Organization Joint Powers <br />Agreement until the next regular Council agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />COx and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Heitman. <br /> <br />A. Request For Partial Pa_vment. Pa_v Estimate #5.
