Mr. Raudio stated that at the time the road right-of-way was donated, it was <br />under the impression that there would not be an assessment back to the property <br />owner; since that time Ramsey Council determined that properties along MSA <br />roads will receive a partial assessment and Mr. Norm Holm is now proposed to be <br />assessed. <br /> <br />Council consensus is that Councilme~rs Cox and Sorteberg will meet with Mr. <br />Raudio and City Engineer Raatikka regarding this matter and no further action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />C. Report On Street Condition Complaints Received At The Sealcoating <br /> Hearings Held On April 9. 1985 - <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed with Council his letter dated April 17, 1985 <br />regarding street conditions on proposed sealcoating projects. <br /> <br />Council took no action. <br /> <br />D. Proposed Street Improvement Project For Extension Of 167th Avenue NW <br /> Betwe~en Nowthen Blvd. b~ and Jaspar Street NW - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox authorizing <br />the City Engineer to prepare an updated feasibility study regarding the <br />extension of 167th Avenue kW between Nowthen Blvd. and Jas~ar Street; further, <br />that this updated feasibility report should be available for Council review at <br />the next regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, <br />COx and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Heitman. <br /> <br />E. Pr~opo~e~d Street Improvement Of Azurite Street NW North_ Of Nowthen Blvd. <br /> NM- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber Cox and seconded by Councilm~ber Sorteberg to direct <br />the City Engineer to prepare an alternate bid along with the Ramsey Terrace <br />street improv~nent project for the change of the street grade at Azurite Street <br />NW just north of County Road 95. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Heitman. <br /> <br />F. A~thorization To Proceed With Acquisition Of A Railroad Crossing And <br /> Access To S~ate Highwa_v #10 NW For Northfork Addition - <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion ky Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilnmmber Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution ~85-87 directing the City Staff to proceed with the acquisition of <br />an access to Highway #10 bI~ and a railroad crossing for Northfork Addition at <br />the expense of the developer. Further, that Ramsey City Council's adoption of <br />this resolution does not imply plat approval of the Northfork P.U.D.
