R~quest For Transfer Of Funds Within General Fund: <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution $85-115 authorizing the transfer of $600.00 frcm General Fund <br />Unallocated Activity, Line Item 101-8920-43199; $375.00 of this is to be <br />transferred to General Fund Airport Activity, Line Item 101-1116-43022, and <br />$225.00 is to be transferred to General Fund Airport Activity, Line Item 101- <br />1116-43059. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution $85-115). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~bers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~: ]~equest To Move In Dwelling: Case Of Mr. Bruch Axtell: <br /> <br />Mr. Axtell was present. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilm~nber Reimann to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0108 for Mr. Bruce Axtell's request to move a dwelling <br />from Brooklyn Center to Lot 10, Block 2, High Point Addition. (Please refer to <br />findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0108.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~nbers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No.- None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve of Mr. <br />Bruce Axtell's request to move a dwelling frc~ Brooklyn Center to Lot 10, Block <br />2, High Point Addition, contingent upon his entering into a develo~ent <br />agreement with the City of Ramsey based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Axtell referred to Item $8 of the Development Agre~nent which states all <br />work must be completed by October 15; construction is usually given 6 months to <br />complete and the contractor is requesting more time. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the Development Agre~nent has been revised to say <br />January 1, 1986 as a completion date. <br /> <br />case #5: <br /> <br />J.
