Voting No: Norm. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann referred to the bill from Minnesota Depar~nent of Safety <br />in the amount of $140 and stated that there is an inappropriate note attached <br />to it. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution $85-117 authorizing the payment of bills for the month of June, 1985 <br />in the amount of $626,192.42. ~lis amount deletes the $14.08 reimbursement for <br />meals requested by Mr. Balabon and Mr. Mevissen. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution $85-117). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that the City doesn't buy <br />meals for the ~plc~ees when they are on duty and shouldn't be obligated to buy <br />their meals when they are not here. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilm~nbers Reimann, Sorteberg and Cox. <br />Voting No: Mayor Heitman and Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Case $7: <br /> <br />Request For Renewal Of On-Sa%e Liquor Licenses: Case Of Oimmy <br /> American Cafe And Lounge And Su_per Bowl..Inc.: <br /> <br />Motion by Gouncilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve the <br />application of Ji~wy B's American Cafe and Lounge for the on-sale liquor <br />license eo~nencing July 1, 1985 and expiring June 30, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~man, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
