A_pproval Of Joi~t Powers Agreement For Lower Rum River Water Management <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that Anoka has made revisions to the agreement <br />and the other communities do not agree with the revisions; Ramsey should to <br />adopt the joint powers agreement on it's own. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #85-128 approving the Lower Run River Water Management Organization <br />joint powers agreement.
