Mr. Barthold stated <br />that Council did not follc~ P&Z's previous reco~endation 'on the original <br />sketch plan and suggested that the Council could approve this configuration <br />without P&Z input. Mr. Barthold also commented that the cost of minor <br />platting at this time is a waste of money because when he plats the balance <br />of his property in the future, these two lots will be included in that <br />plat. Ms. Norris referred to City Code and stated that an error has been <br />made; the proper procedure for minor platting only requires review by City <br />Staff and City Council; it is Council's option to request review by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. Councilmember DeLuca stated that he will <br />not withdr~ his motion based on concerns expressed by Planning and Zoning <br />at the last joint meeting. <br /> <br />Motion failed.
