Mr. Hartley replied that that <br />figure refers to Ramsey's time expended into the project. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Authorization For Pa_vment. Of Easement Relating <br /> To The 153rd Avenue NW Extension Into The Northfork <br /> Development; Case Of Mrs. Raqna Pearson: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />authorize the City Administrator to issue a check in the amount of <br />$4,000.00 to Mrs. Ragna Pearson in full payment to her for a permanent <br />right-of-way easement over and across a part of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, which easement <br />relates to the extension of 153rd Avenue 5W, over and across said property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and DeLuca. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Pearson. <br /> <br />Photo Copying Equ_ ipment: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley requested that Council table this case and they agreed. <br /> <br />Case %21.. Driver Destination Si_ons: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~{nber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #87-67 requesting the Minnesota Department of Transportation to <br />include Ramsey on driver destination signs using the intersection of Trunk <br />Highway #10 5W and County Road #56 as a center of the City for measuring <br />purposes. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #87-67). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox suggested that Ramsey be included on <br />the State road maps also. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
