Mr. <br />Hartley stated that he will mail Arrigoni a copy of the comments submitted <br />by Council. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A~ENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Discussion regarding Key Communicator Program. <br /> <br />Schedule public hearings for airport zoning and tax <br />increment financing. <br /> <br />Case ~4: Parks report. <br /> <br />Case ~5: Personnel: Resignation of Jan Bye and discussion regarding <br /> comparable worth adjustment for Elvin Erickson. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request for final plat approval of Flintwood Hills 4th <br /> Addition; case of Mr. Art Raudio. <br /> <br />Case #7: Discussion regarding grading and mining permit of Mr. Art <br /> Raudio and Mr. Gilbert Menkveld. <br /> <br />Case #8: Discussion regarding airport cemetery. <br /> <br />Case #9: Notification procedure for special city council meetings. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />COUNCIL B~INESS <br /> <br />Accept Bids And Authorize Sale Of G.0. Tax Increm~n~ Aqd G.0. <br /> Taxable Increment Bonds: <br /> <br />Dick Treptow of Springsted, Inc. was present. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of <br />the bids which had been received for the purchase of the City's $2,800,000 <br />General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1987A, as advertised for <br />sale. The City Administrator presented affidavits showing publications of <br />notice of sale in the City's official newspaper and in Commercial West, a <br />financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were <br />examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The City Administrator presented a tabulation of the bids which had been <br />received in the manner specified in the Official Notice of Sale of the <br />Bonds.
