Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Status Report On Litigation: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich referred to the lawsuit of Ms. Marilyn Gallagher vs. former <br />councilmember, Sue Van Wagner, regarding a former Ramsey Resident <br />Newsletter and stated that Ms. Gallagher is claiming civil rights <br />violation. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich referred to the lawsuit of Valley Paving vs. North Fork, Inc., <br />in which the City was named, and stated that the case has been resolved. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the City will have to prosecute tickets issued at <br />the weigh station. <br /> <br />C~se #20.A: .L. ot Release From Flintwood Hills II Addition; <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the 1985 development agreement for Flintwood II <br />guarantees construction of improvements and payment of assessments; <br />construction has been completed and the City needs to release two lots from <br />the development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson <br />authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign lot releases for Lots <br />17 and 20 of Block 4, Flintwood Hills II Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
