Administrator and Finance Officer for hardware and operating system support <br />by Computoserv. Hardware support cost for a year would be $7,143 and <br />Operating System support cost would be up to $600 for a full year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />C~se #15: <br /> <br />Set Public Hearing Date Re~arding The Issuance Of Off-Sale <br /> Li~or License To M&L Liquors: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />designate the City Administrator to cause to be published a notice of <br />public hearing for August 25, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. regarding the issuance of <br />an 0ff-Sale Liquor License to M&L Liquors. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Designation Of Responsible-Authority: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />designate City Administrator David Hartley as the City's Responsible <br />Authority as defined in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 for the purpose of <br />administering data practices responsibiities for the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />C~se #8: ~eappropriation Of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds For Th~ 1987 <br /> <br />Finance Officer Graczyk stated that staff needs direction from Council <br />regarding how to appropriate the remaining Federal Revenue Funds ($21,000) <br />by September 30, 1987 so the funds will not have to be returned. Mr. <br />Graczyk suggested using the funds to address data processing concerns, park <br />improvements or major building purchases. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca suggested that Council meet with staff to review the <br />City's computer system prior to making a decision on spending Federal <br />Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley urged councilmembers to stop in at city offices and staff will <br />review the computer system with them. <br /> <br />C~se #11: Discuss The 1988 Levy Limit: <br /> <br />Finance Officer Graczyk requested that Council note this case in the agenda <br />and call him if they have any questions. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND CouNcIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Discussion Regarding Appointments To Landfill Commission - City Council/August 11, 1987 <br /> <br /> Page 15 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
