PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 8, <br />1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL O~ AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Counc ilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br /> Add: Case #13: Status of Certificate of Need for Anoka Landfill. <br /> Case #14: Review of quotes for snowblower. <br /> Case #15: Status of Police Department. <br /> Case #16: Status of designation of 139th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br /> 1) Adopt Resolution #87-271 approving first half bills for the month <br /> of December, 1987 in the amount of $407,964.17; (please refer to <br /> resolution file for Resolution #87-271). <br /> <br /> 2) Adopt Resolution #87-272 amending the 1987 operating budget; <br /> City Council/December 8, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
