6. That the Permittee is responsible for accurately locating the front property line of the Subject <br />Property (survey markers exposed) and having it clearly marked for the City to verify the <br />setback distance. <br />7. That the Permittee shall incorporate and install stormwater management features on the <br />Building, such as rain gutters and down spouts directed away from the bluff line of the Rum <br />River and away from adjacent properties as well. <br />8. That the Permittee shall install at least two (2) native evergreen trees between the Building <br />and the bluff line. <br />9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this Variance. <br />10. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the Building, including a Building Permit. <br />11. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by October 9, 2015 and <br />issuance of a Building Permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Maul, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Levine <br />Commissioner Bauer <br />Commissioner Maul <br />Commissioner Nosan <br />Commissioner Van Scoy <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />Commissioner Brauer <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this <br />the 9 day of October, 2014. <br />RESOLUTION #14 -10 -201 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
