Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION WHEREAS, each Council Member completed and submitted a performance evaluation for the City Administrator for 2002-2003; and WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City Administrator's performance in closed session on December 16, 2003; and WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Norman's 2002, 2003 performance was satisfactory and that his employment agreement would be amended to include monthly City contributions totaling $3,000 annually to the deferred compensation plan of Mr. Norman's choosing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole that Mr. Norman's 2002-2003 performance was satisfactory and that his employment agreement shall be amended to include monthly City contributions totaling $3,000 annually to the deferred compensation plan of Mr. Norman's choosing. Mayor Gamec is authorized to execute the addendum to Mr. Norman's employment agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upbn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January, 2004.
