CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Eric Zaetsch, 6521 154th Lane NW, Ramsey, stated that before the meeting he spoke with <br />Councihnember Kurak to discuss with her if there was a conflict of interest with her voting on <br />any issues having to do with the PACT Charter School. She confirmed that there was a total cash <br />out of the property so there was not a conflict of interest with her voting on any of the PACT <br />Charter School issues. Mr. Zaetsch noted that he did e-mail Mr. Feges to confirm that <br />inl'ormation, but he has not received a response as of yet. The other issue he wanted to address <br />the Council on had to do with last minute handouts at Council meetings. He stated that any <br />handout that is presented to the City Council at a meeting should be made available to the public <br />d tlri ng thc meeting. <br /> <br />Ed Namilton, 6615 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, stated that he is before the City Council every <br />year complaining about snowmobiles. He has been watching snowmobiles cross Highway #10, <br />which is very dangerous with all of the traffic. He stated that snowmobiles should be outlawed <br />in the City, at least along Highway #10, for their own safety. The other issue he wanted to <br />address the Council on had to do with the blacktop plant. He has documented 27 times when he <br />could smell the blacktop plant. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recomlnended that Mr. Hamilton work with Community Development on the <br />issue. <br /> <br />Councilmen~ber Strommen noted that the Council did schedule the item to be discussed at an <br />upcoming work session. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamilton stated that he would like to see something done about the odors. Other people can <br />breath fi'esh air so why can't he. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Reed requested that the Council add Case #16a: Adopt Resolution <br />Authorizing Staff to Enter into a Contract for 2004 Benefits. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich requested that the Council add Case #13a: Ramsey Town Center Metes <br />and Bounds Subdivision Request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda as <br />amcnded. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
