Norman's <br />performance appraisal. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1 ) November 25, 2003 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stated that she wanted to clarify the language in the minutes <br />pertaining to Case #13. She explained that the language should be amended to read "One <br />comment in the proposed letter is that the City of Ramsey be classified as a "developing area." <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the <br />November 25, 2003 City Council meeting minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
