PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing regarding Improvement Project ~91-04 <br />(Reiltey Estates 1st, 2nd and 3rd Additions sealcoating) on Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Council_member Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Adminisn'ator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CiD, Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gitbertson called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowsk_i stated that Improvement Project qt~u:)1-04 is the Reilley Estates 1st, 2nd <br />and 3rd Additions sealcoating project. The total cost estimated for the project in February was <br />$17,026.00 with an estimated per unit assessment of $160.62. The actual cost was $10.885.19 <br />and the actual assessment per unit (53 units) will be $102.69. He explained that there was not <br />much of a reduction in this project as the other projects because there was more crackseating to be <br />done. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Morion by Counciimember Peterson and seconded by Councitmember Beyer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin.
