PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing regarding Improvement Project q~91-05 <br />(Forest Hideaway Addition sealcoating) on Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 iNowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councitmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CiB, Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Fmlik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbert.son called the public hearing to order at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City, Engineer Jankowski stated that Improvement Project ~t91-05 is the Forest Hideaway Addition <br />sealcoating project. The total cost estimated for the project in February was $8,581.00 with an <br />estimated per unit assessment of $171.62. The actual cost was $4,350.14 and the actual <br />assessment per unit (25 units) will be $87.01. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded bv Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mavor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, C/ch and <br />Hardin.
