Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Kathy Welsh submitted a complaint against 15459 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. - 16 Cadillacs; <br />14544 Nowthen Boulevard N.W.- several vehicles in the yard; and three more residences in <br />between those addresses on the south side of the road having more than five vehicles. She also <br />asked Mr. Schroeder for pictures of which vehicles he wants removed, which he provided. <br /> <br />Case #3: Historical Committee Update <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that earlier this year there were discussions regarding the <br />possible uses for the Community Development Block Grant Funds and one of the suggestions was <br />possibly relocating and renovating the old Ramsey Town Hall. It was determined that there ,,,,'as <br />not sufficient time to put together such a complex project within the current vears CDBG pro,am <br />time frames. However, interest in the renovation of the old town hall peaked and at the urging of <br />Councitmember Hardin. Ms. Frolik advertised for a volunteer citizen committee to pursue working <br />with the Anoka Count>, Histor/cal Society to research the history and status of the structure and <br />possible relocation and renovation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin reported that the Historical Committee has been meeting monthly and ,,,.'ill <br />be putting together a proposal of what they would like to see done. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table this case until <br />the Committee has the proposal readv to present to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Cich, Bever and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Review Conditional Use Permit Issued to 7205 Highway #10 N.'~;~7. <br /> for Compliance; Case of Robert Wojcik, Ramsey Auto Sales <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that a public hearing was held for comments regarding <br />comr>Iiance w/th the conditional use permit issued to 7205 Highway #10 N.W. She stared that <br />Woj~ik has been in compliance with his CUP for the past 90 davs. <br /> <br />Motion by Counciimember Peterson and seconded bv Councilmember Bever to cease proceedings <br />to revoke the conditional use permit issued for a used motor vehicle sales Sot at 7205 Highway #10 <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Motion came& Voting Yes: Mavor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request for Final Plat Approval of Northfork Point Addition; Case of <br /> North Fork, Inc., Dennis Peck <br /> <br />Zoning Admimstrator Frolik stated that Dennis Peck is requesting final plat approval of North. fork <br />Point Addition.
