At this time, Kevin Leonard and A1 Koenig are <br />requesting final plat approval of Phase I of Windemere Woods which consists of 28 lots. The plat <br />consists of approximately 37 acres to be subdivided into 52 single family urban residential lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councitmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />~ec) 1-09-220 granting final plat approval contingent upon compliance with CiD' Staff review letter <br />dated September 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: Approve Plans and Specifications for Improvement Project q~91-I3 <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that at the second meeting in August. Council directed Hakanson <br />Anderson to prepare documents for lateral and trunk phases for the Wood Pond Projects.
