Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g91-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-I URBAN RESIDENTIAL AND <br /> MR MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That Ramsey Center Partnership and Elizabeth Raudio, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicants", have properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-1 <br />Urban Residential and MR Multiple Residential. <br /> <br />That the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section <br />9.03.03 of the City Code on September 16, 1991 and that said public hearing was properly <br />advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />B-I Business to MR Multiple Residential: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 4, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of the duly recorded plat of <br />River's Bend, said Anoka County; and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter, said Section 25, lying east of a line described as beginning at a point on the South <br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 180.0 feet west of the <br />Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence north to <br />terminate at a point on the South line of the North 547.11 feet, as measured at right angles, <br />of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 190.00 feet west of the <br />Southeast corner of said North 547.11 feet; lying westerly of "Line 1" to be hereafter <br />described; and lying northerly of "Line 2" to be hereafter described. <br /> <br />Said "Line 1" being described as commencing at a point on the Northerly line of 142nd <br />Avenue N.W., being the same as "Line C" as shown on and described in the duly recorded <br />plat of Rivers Bend Plaza 2nd Addition, said Anoka County, where the same intersects a <br />line 60.00 feet northeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, and parallel with the <br />Northeasterly line of said River's Bend Plaza 2nd Addition; thence North 21 degrees 12 <br />minutes 12 seconds West along said parallel line, and the northwesterly extension thereof, <br />for 935.26 feet to a point to be hereafter known as "Point A" for the purposes of this <br />description, said "Point A" also being the actual Point of Beginning of "Line I" to be <br />hereby described; thence North 73 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds East along said "Line 1" <br />for 30.67 feet; thence North 20 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds West along said "Line 1" <br />for 243.87 feet; thence North 48 degrees 28 minutes 21 seconds East along said "Line 1" <br />for 345.00 feet, more or less, to intersect with and terminate said "Line 1" at said <br />Southwesterly line of River's Bend. <br /> <br />Said "Line 2" being described as beginning at the above described "Point A"; thence South <br />73 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds West for 311.76 feet, more or less, to terminate said <br />"Line 2" at said point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a <br />distance of 180.00 feet west of the Southeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br /> <br />
