5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmember, LeTourneau, Kuzma, Johns, <br />Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Backous. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Approve On -Sale Wine License for The Lunch Box Coffee & Deli located in the City <br />of Ramsey at 7533 Sunwood Drive NW, Suite 10 <br />Mayor Strommen closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:23 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />City Clerk Thieling presented the request of 7 -0I, LLC for an on -sale wine license, which would <br />also include strong beer sales, at 7533 Sunwood Drive NW, Suite 10, The Lunch Box Coffee & <br />Deli, and staff's recommendation for approval. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to close the <br />public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmember, LeTourneau, Kuzma, Johns, <br />Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None.
