There are some hard decisions the Council has to make. <br /> <br />Case #I0: Adopt Section 9.11.04 Home Occupation Ordinance <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council introduced the Home <br />Occupation Ordinance on Tuesday, December 9, 2003. The ordinance was now eligible for <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Ordinance #03- <br />54 amending sub-section 9.I1.04 "Home Occupations", of Section 9.11 "Performance <br />Standards" of Chapter 9 "Zoning and Subdivision of Land" of the City Code of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br /> <br />City Council/December 16, 2003 <br /> Page 22 of 32 <br /> <br /> <br />
