Councilmemb~er introdUced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-02- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERiM USE PERMIT TO <br />AUTO & RV RANCH TO STORE AND DISPLAY MOTOR AND RECREATIONAL <br />VEHICLES iON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERiOD OF TIME, <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ,; AND DECLARiNG THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bob and Patricia McElhaney of Auto & RV Ranch, hereinafter referred to <br />as "Permit-tees", have properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use <br />Permit ("Perm. it") to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on an un/mproved surface <br />tbr an interim~ period of time on the property generally known as 7665 Hwy. #10 N.W. and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad, thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. <br />HighV~ay No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly fight of way line of said <br />U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence northerlY to a point of <br />said southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 366.80 <br />feet southeasterly from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said <br />southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad to the point of <br />begirming. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the SOuthwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. <br />Trunk Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line of <br />said U.S. Trunk Highway no. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing along the northerly <br />right of way of said highway a distance of 185 feet; thence northerly to a point on <br />siad spu~herly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 551.80 <br />feet southeasterly fi'om the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter, as measured along said southerly right of way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly along :said southerly right Of way line of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad a distance of 185 feet; thence southwesterly to the <br />point Of beginning. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />55 <br /> <br /> <br />
