That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Begim~ing at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. <br />Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly fight of way line of said <br />U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 485.00 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing along the northerly <br />right of way of said highway a distance of 140 feet; thence northerly to a point on <br />said southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 691.80 <br />feet southeasterly from the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter as measured along the southerly right of way of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad; thence northwesterly along said southerly right of way line of said <br />Burlington Northern Railroad a distance of 140 feet; thence southwesterly to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> YVHE~AS, The Planning Commission met on February 5, 2004, conducted a public <br />hearing and recormnended that the City Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit; <br />and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council met on Februa~ 24, 2004 to review the request for an <br />Interim Use Permit to allow for motor and recreational vehicle storage and display on the Subject <br />Property, in the absence of the required bituminous pavement and concrete curbing requirement <br />for an interim period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be permitted to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on <br />the Subject Property on an existing Class 5 surface without the benefit of the required paved <br />and curbed customer, employee, and vehicle display areas until June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee will be required to submit a grading and pavement plan prepared by a <br /> certified engineer prior to any improvements being initiated on the Subject Property. The <br /> grading and pavement plan will be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall complete pavement and curbing improvements identified on the site <br /> drawing by June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-02- <br />Page 2 ot'4 <br /> <br /> <br />
