NOW THEREF~ )RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the request for a land use designation change of <br /> the Subject Property from Medium Density Residential to Places to Shop for the following parcel: <br /> <br />PID # <br />29-32-25-24-0002 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentationl to Metropolitan Council for an amendment t° the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to Places to Shop. <br /> <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br /> of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the fbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />__th day of ,2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
