(1) <br /> <br /> (m) <br /> <br />Fences. <br />1. <br /> <br />Minimum access drive angle to the street: 75 degrees. <br /> <br />Building setback from private street - measured from back <br />of curb: 25 feet. <br /> <br />Minimum radius at intersections: 20 feet. <br /> <br /> Fencing or walls (except retainin~ walls) located in the ~'ont yard <br /> shall not exceed four (4) feet in height. Fencing or walls located in <br /> the side or rear yard shaI1 not exceed six (6) feet in height.' Fences <br /> outside the 2020 MUSA are allowed up to eight (8) feet in height <br /> in any yard but must be setback a minimum of 100 feet fi:om the <br /> front property, line unless there is at least a seventY,five percent <br /> (75%) clear visible opening. Fences may be constructed of barbed <br /> wire to accommodate ag-ricultural activities and the raising of <br /> livestock and animals as defined by City Code Section 5.09. Fence framing must face inward on the fence owner's lot. <br /> <br /> 4. Fencing must be located 100% on the fence oU, ner's lot. <br />Garbage Receptacle Storage. <br /> <br />1. Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in either the <br /> rear or side yard and must be screened from public view and adjacent lots. · <br /> <br />Lot Landscaping. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Landscaping Requirements. Ali open space areas of a lot which <br /> are not used or improved for required parking areas, drives or storage shall <br /> be landscaped with a combination of oversrory trees, ornamental trees, <br /> shrubs, flowers, ~ound cover, decorative walks, or other similar site desig-n <br /> materials in a quantity and placement suitable for the lot. A reasonable <br /> attempt should be made to preserve as many existing trees as practicable in <br /> order to incorporate the trees into the development. For each existing <br /> sig'nificant tree retained, one overstory tree ma}, be deducted frOITl the' <br /> minimum tree requirements. <br /> <br />2. Number of Plantings. The minimum number of overstory trees on any given <br /> lot shall be as required below.
