RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency plan is needed to ensure the protection of the public from <br />the effects of natural disasters and major disasters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the basic purpose of the Emergency Operations Plan is to provide a guide <br />for em. erget~cy operations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plan is intended to assist key City officials and emergency <br />organizatioias to carry out their responsibilities for the protections of life and property <br />under a wide range of emergency conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Emergency Management Director, Dean Kapler, has presented the <br />City Council with the City of Ramsey Emergency Operations Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ramsey City Council adopt the City <br />o I' Ramsey Emergency Operations Plan. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this day of <br />,20 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Thomas Gamec, Mayor <br /> <br />JoAnn Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
