CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />DATA PRACTICES WARNING <br /> <br />Information contained in the City of Ramsey, Emergency Management Action Plan, is classified as both "Public" <br />and "Private" data on individuals pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Data classified as <br />"Public" is accessib!e to anyone upon request to the City's Responsible Authority. Data classified as "Private" is <br />accessible to those City staff that have a job need for the information, to the subject of the data, and to those <br />whom the data subject has given their informed consent. City staff in possession o£the EmergenCy Management <br />Action Plan are to maintain it in a secure location to insure that the information is not accessed by unauthorized <br />persons, or outside the procedures established by City policy and State law. <br /> <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br /> <br />
