PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 7:35 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br /> Consider extending utilities to Carson and Anderson projects. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:08 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> CONSENT AGSNDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />]) Resolution #88-118 approving first half bills for the month of July, <br /> 1988 in the amount of $45,739.77. (Refer to resolution file for <br /> Resolution #88-118). <br /> <br />2) Receive petition for local improvement to pav~/Waco Street N.W. and <br /> Waco Drive N.W. and adopt Resolution #88-!~ declaring adequacy of <br /> petition and ordering the preparation of a feasiblity report. (Refer <br /> to resolution file for Resolution #88~I~). <br /> <br />3) Approve amusement center and billiard tables license for Cue-Time <br /> Billiards, 14918 St. Francis Blvd. N.W., in River's Bend Plaza. <br /> <br />4) Appoint Dale Henderson to serve on the Ramsey Landfill Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br /> C~se #1: Request For Conditional Use Permit To Operate A Private <br /> Kennel; Case Of Lawrence And Miche~e Zanily; <br /> <br />Lawrence and Michele Zangla were present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the Zangla's are requesting a private kennel license <br />in order to be able to keep 6 of their own dogs; Planning and Zoning <br />recommended approval of the request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember $orteberg to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0211 relating to Lawrence and Michele Zangla's <br />request for a conditional use permit. (Refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Fact 0211). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
