Mr. Goodrich stated that the City has entered into purchase agreements for
all necessary easements based on $25,000/acre as approved by the City
Council. Mr. Roger Dickenson will be receiving an approximate $8400 cash
settlement~ his assessment is $7300; he will receive a net payment of
approximately $1100.00. The City is also purchasing a small triangular
parcel from Roger Dickenson and trading it to Mr. Duggan for his horseshoe
operation in exchange for a parcel from Mr. Duggan. The City will be
paying Arthur Buelow approximately $13,000.00 for easements; his assessment
is approximately $14,000; his net assessment will be $1,000.00. The City
will pay the Coffin's $1700 for easements; their assessment is $3800; they
have requested that their payment be applied towards their assessment. The
condemnation on the Holmquist property is scheduled for a hearing on July
28; on July 19, a waiver of trespass was negotiated; it appears an
agreement for $25,000/acre may have been reached, in which case the
condemnation will be terminated. The City will be paying $6500 to the
Graves for easements; for that payment the City will acquire the right of
way from the Graves. Also, the City will be moving Graves' existing garage
out of the new right-of-way onto a parcel the City acquired from Mr. R.
Dickenson in this area of the garage.

Case #10: Street Improvmeent For 156th Avenue N.W.
