PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, August 3, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present~ <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br /> <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 5:10 and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen - 15631 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. - asked if he could be put on <br />the agenda for tonight to discuss the drainage problem on his property. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions. <br /> <br /> CASE #2 Terry Hendriksen to discuss the problem of drainage on his <br /> property and the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> CASE #3 Resignation of Councilmember Arnie Cox. <br /> CASE #4 Reschedule the August 9, 1988 City Council meeting. <br /> CASE #5 Approval of bills. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, DeLuca <br />and Pearson. Voting No: None.
