Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15~ Discussion Of Establishment Of Economic Developme~l~ <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the Northern Mayors Association is going to be <br />requesting that it's members establish an Economic Development Authority <br />for the purpose of entering into a joint powers agreement to bestow upon <br />that joint powers group part of the authority that each Economic <br />Development Authority would have.
