Replace Item #10 with the following language: 'That the Applicant <br />agrees to grant an option to the City for a period of 15 years to <br />purchase right-of-way for frontage road/utility purposes at a price <br />determined to be acceptable by the City Attorney.' <br /> <br />Add Item ~13 to indicate that the site plan approval is contingent <br />upon Mn/DOT approval of access from Hwy. ~10 N.W. <br /> <br />Add Item #14 to indicate that an agreement has been made that the <br />developer will not object to the connection of utilities when they <br />become available. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that to be fair, the City should offer those properties <br />that have already agreed to donate easements for future frontage road and <br />utilities th~ opportunity to offer the City a purchase option; he will <br />draft an appropriate policy. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 9:23 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Case #9: R~quest For Final Plat Approval Of Ramsey Ridge: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that in February of 1987, Council granted final plat <br />approval to Ramsey Ridge. That plat was revised and approved again in <br />October of 1987. Since 120 days have elapsed since approval, reapproval is <br />necessary in order to file the plat. Mr. Boser is requesting reapproval of <br />the plat reviewed in February of 1987. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />void final plat approval granted to Ramsey Ridge on October 27, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt Resolution #88-210 approving the final plat of Ramsey Ridge, with <br />said plat to include easements for future street extensions to the north. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers $orteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Preliminary Plat Approval Of Riverview Estat~; <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that preliminary plat approval of Riverview Estates would <br />have to ba tabled or contingent upon EQB and DRN approval of the City's <br />amended Critical River Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that another issue for Council consideration is that of <br /> City Council/October 25, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 11 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
