Council was agreeable to the lastest version of the preliminary plat for <br />Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />MAYOR ~.D COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Pumper and tanker for Fire Department - <br /> <br />Councilmember Bawden stated that the Fire Board is requesting Council <br />approval to advertise for bids for a pumper and tanker for the Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve advertising for bids for a pumper and tanker for the Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA CONTINUED <br /> <br />3) Approve license applications- <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Reimann and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />license applications. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR ~ND ,COUNCIL INPUT CONTINUED <br /> <br />b) Lobbying efforts for levy limits and local government aid - <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann suggested that he and Mr. Hartley attend the October 31~ 1988 <br />meeting at The Seasons regarding lobby efforts for levy limits and local <br />government aid. <br /> <br />c) Meeting of Northern Mayors Association - <br /> <br />Staff was directed to RSVP the attendance of Mayor Reimann, Councilmember <br />DeLuca and City Administrator Hartley at the November 10 meeting of the <br />Northern Mayors Association. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />adjourn the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden.
