Council added Item ~6 <br />to indicate that the City will approve the route, date and time for <br />transporting the home into Ramsey. Council added Item ~7 indicating that <br />the footing8 or basement and backfilling portion of the project must be <br />completed within 90 days of the house being moved onto the property; all <br />other requirements, including landscaping, must be completed by July 15, <br />1989. Council added Item ~38 to indicate that the Applicant must submit a <br />landscaping plan acceptable to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Mr~ Leslie Humbert's request to move in a house and detached garage <br />to Pinevlew Estates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />authorize the City Administrator and the Mayor to enter into a development <br />agreement with Mr. Leslie Humbert for the moving in of a house and garage <br />toLot 7, Block 5, Pineview Estates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, P~arson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~15: LobbyinE Efforts Of Anoka County Cities: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the cities of Blaine, Coom Rapids, Anoka, Andover <br />and Ham Lake are planning to hire the firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly and <br />Lindgren for lobbying efforts. The agenda for the lobbying effort has not <br />been solidified and if Ramsey participates, the City should present a <br />suggested agenda of what Ramsey needs lobbying for. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg noted that the lobby effort seems to be a <br />duplication of the Northern Mayor's Association's efforts. Mr. Hartley <br />replied that the lobbying effort may be even more focused than the efforts <br />of the Northern Mayor's Association. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />appropriate 94,300 for lobbying efforts contingent upon the City <br />Administrator's determination that the lobby agenda will address the City <br />of Ramsey'~ concerns. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Bawden.
